At speekto.me, a product built and operated by Synaptican, we strive to deliver the fastest, most reliable voice dictation tool. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected. This policy outlines our terms for subscription refunds.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** on your initial subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the desktop client or experience technical issues, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your transaction date.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To prevent abuse of our API resources (which incur direct Whisper and LLM server costs), refunds under our 7-day guarantee are subject to the following condition:
- Your account must have transcribed **less than 1 hour** (3,600 seconds) of cumulative audio since activation.
Requests that exceed this usage limit are not eligible for a refund.
3. Renewals and Cancellations
Our subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings panel. Once cancelled, your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. **Recurring monthly renewals are not eligible for refunds.**
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to contact@synaptican.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include:
- Your registered account email address.
- Your Google Auth name.
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund (your feedback helps us improve the product!).
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately and will appear back on your original payment card within 5 to 10 business days.
